| The present work was carried out in a company manufacturing Plastic Injection Moulding Components for Textile Industries in India. The
objective of the present work is to improve plant efficiency to get
maximum profit. Plant efficiency can be improved by improving the
following parameters from the present level: (1) Increasing machine
capacity (2) Reducing down time of machines (3) Reducing rejection of
products and (4) Energy conservation. After implementation of
suggestions in the company, overall profit went up by Rs.48,976 /- per
month |
