| Human Capital Measurement has been a daunting and a challenging task in the era of globalization. The importance of Human Capital in organizations, having lost its credence in the past, has been brought to limelight in the present knowledge explosion scenario. There is a hard felt need for this strategic resource to increase value and productivity of organizations in order to maintain the competitive advantage in the global business arena.
