In the Indian Context of Corporate Governance, Cadbury Model is followed. There is urgency to ensure that companies work with dedication and commitment to all the stake holders. Not only companies but the total governance structures have to be made effective so that beneficiaries (both the investors/ stakeholders for a company and general public) get a complete solution from the governance structures.
