In the Indian Context of Corporate Governance, Cadbury Model is followed. There is urgency to ensure that companies work with dedication and commitment to all the stake holders. Not only companies but the total governance structures have to be made effective so that beneficiaries (both the investors/ stakeholders for a company and general public) get a complete solution from the governance structures. In the present study, the Authors attempted to measure the firms’ commitment to the Disclosure Norms set by Regulatory Bodies, through the TDI developed by Oswar Kowalaski and analyze the relationship between the Corporate Governance Practices and the Dividend Performance of the firms |
